This Remington manufactured late variation receiver with the larger ejection port hole is for the model 582 bolt action rimfire rifle and is in very good condition retaining most of its original blue finish with light wear. This is the only part on the model 582 rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through an FFL dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.  (file photo)
